Using Acceptance and Commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices, Taryn will assist you in better understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are impacting your life. She will encourage you to identify your core values and use them as a guide toward taking meaningful action. Taryn prioritizes the importance of warmth, genuineness, and compassion in the development of lasting personal change.
Taryn is currently working toward completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. She holds a degree in Communication from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In her free time, she enjoys taking fitness classes, running, and dining out with friends.
