Victoria seeks to help you understand your past patterns and motivations, derive new insight, and ultimately lead to commitment-driven change. She believes therapy is a collaborative effort and seeks to walk beside clients, engaging and encouraging them through a strengths-based approach that facilitates understanding and fosters change. With couples, Victoria serves as an ally, helping the couple understand the factors that contribute to their challenges, developing healthier coping skills, and problem solving to work towards change.
Victoria uses an integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques. Her therapeutic style is open, approachable, and non-judgmental, empowering clients to make changes best aligned to their values.
Victoria is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, listening to live music, and exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods and food scene.
Victoria’s sessions are 60 minutes in length, and she offers sliding scale individual and couples counseling services.
